Shipping Essentials
Orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Express Post is $16.90 .
Regular Post is $10.90 or Free for orders over $99.
Same Business Day Delivery at $21.90 is available for orders to selected NSW postcodes placing a paid for order before 1pm NSW time excluding weekends and NSW public holidays. If this service is available to your postcode it will show as an option at check out. Same Day Delivery Orders are safe drop only so a secure place to leave the parcel is essential and will typically be delivered between 6 and 9pm but can be later. We cannot safe drop if a business address or Post Office is used and the location is not accessible / closed but we can deliver to open business addresses using this service. Please take this into account. Refunds are not possible in the event an address is selected that is not accessible for delivery.

Within Australia
Regular Post is a flat rate of $9.90 or Free for orders over $99. Free shipping applies to street address only and not a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Express Post is $16.90.
International to New Zealand
International shipping to New Zealand is AU$25 flat rate, up to 2kg dead weight.
Delivery to New Zealand takes up to 10 business days via a Pack and Track service.
All orders are sent tracked and safe dropped at your address unless not safe to leave in which case your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or a collection point such as a newsagent etc.
Orders over 2kg may attract additional freight fees. If necessary we will contact you. This is rare. Our delivery agent will safely leave your order without a signature if it is safe to do so. If you require a signature on delivery please insert a note on the order to this effect. Be aware that if you require a signature and you are not available when delivery is attempted, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent, consider using a work address for delivery. If your order is returned to us as you asked for signature on delivery and never collected the parcel or signed for it then it is treated as a change of mind return and no shipping fees can be refunded and a return fee of $10 will be deducted from any applicable refund.Signatures and Safe Drop
