Regular Post – $9.90 tracked Australia wide and free for orders over $89. Sent via Australia Post or Fastway Courier depending on your location ( we always use the quickest method). Estimated postage speeds from our warehouse to you are provided towards to bottom of this page.
Express Post– $15.90 Next business day to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Launceston, Canberra and Adelaide ordered before 1pm (QLD time) available. 2 business days to Perth, Darwin and almost all regional areas! Australia Post Express Post Tracked with signature.
International New Zealand / USA / South East Asia (Hong Kong etc.) – $AU 25 flat rate (up to 2kg dead weight). USA orders take around 10 business days for delivery via USPS and New Zealand is 3-5 business days via a Pack and Track service. South East Asia deliveries take around 5-7 business days via your local carrier. All orders are sent tracked and signed for. If you want delivery sooner, on an Express courier service such as DHL then please send us a copy of your shopping cart via e-mail for a customised quote for shipment via DHL to [email protected]. Some bulky items such as Pinatas for example are not sent internationally. This information is noted on the item descriptions. Orders over 2KG may attract additional freight fees. If necessary we will contact you. This is rare.

As an estimate only, Regular and Express post delivery times are as follows and are the same as getting items sent from Metropolitan Brisbane. Indicated dates are from point of dispatch not point of order being placed. There are no deliveries on weekends other than some parts of South East Queensland. Weekends and public holidays, including state based ones do not count as business days.
