Orders placed before 1pm NSW time are shipping same business day. Please note that same day delivery orders will usually arrive 6-9pm same day and in the case of a business premises it needs to be open to enable delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are based in South East QLD and ship every business day. Orders placed before 1pm QLD time ship same day and all stock on the website is correct, held here in our warehouse, and ready to leave immediately.  Express Post is available at checkout for orders required urgently at great rates. Regular post is also available and is free for orders over $99!  Postage time estimates can be obtained by using our delivery estimate calculator on this page. Orders placed before 1pm EST will leave same business day. Orders placed after 1pm will leave next business day. We will send your order quickly and efficiently. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Regular Post – $9.90 and free for orders over $99. Free shipping applies to street address only and not PO Box or Parcel Locker. For delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker our standard advertised shipping rates apply.  Orders placed by 1pm EST ship same business day or in the case of weekends or public holidays next business day. Please use our online calculator to estimate your delivery date.

Express Post – $16.90  Usually next business day to Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast,  Sydney, Launceston, Canberra ,Melbourne and Adelaide ordered before 1pm  EST. Speeds to Perth and NT  vary on average between 2 – 3 business days. Australia Post Express Post.

International  New Zealand / USA / South East Asia (Hong Kong etc.)   – $AU30 flat rate (up to 2kg dead weight). USA orders take around 15 business days  for delivery via USPS and New Zealand is around 10 business days via a Pack and Track service. South East Asia deliveries take around one month via your local carrier. All orders are sent tracked and signed for. If you want delivery sooner, on an Express courier service such as DHL then  please send us a copy of your shopping cart via e-mail for a customised quote for shipment via DHL to [email protected]. Some bulky items such as Pinatas for example are not sent internationally. This information is noted on the item descriptions. Orders over 2KG may attract additional freight fees. If necessary we will contact you. This is rare.

Please note that on some occasions we may instruct our delivery agent to ‘safe drop’ your order if they deem it is safe to do so. If you require a signature on delivery please insert a note on the order to this effect. Please note that in the case of a signature being required and you not being present when delivery is attempted this can then delay your delivery so you may wish to consider also using a work address for delivery if practical.

 Delivery Date Estimates 

Orders placed by 1pm EST ( QLD time)  on business days leave same business day. Orders placed on weekends leave next business day (  Mondays unless there is a public holiday). Delivery estimates are from day of dispatch. There are not always deliveries on weekends. Weekends and federal and state public holidays do not count as business days.
